It’s April! This means this month or at the latest next month, it’s the baby time! What better time of the year to have a baby than spring? The time when birds and other animals are having babies haha! But, spring isn’t just for new babies, it’s for NEW recipes! I’ve rounded up 30 healthy and delicious, seasonal recipes to share in your meal plan in April.
What are April temperatures like in your neck of the woods? Here in Phoenix, temperatures are climbing to the lower 90s this month! That means, hot food is still tolerated, but I’m starting to crave lots of crunchy cool fresh veggies too! It’s that time: time to celebrate a new month with 30 delicious, seasonal recipes to cook in April! If you’re SO ready for spring like I am, get ready for recipes filled with fruits, veggies, and plenty of pantry staples to make salads, easy dinners and some incredible baked treats.

Many of the ingredients, especially the produce, are easy to swap with what you have on hand so feel free to customize! Simpler ingredients like frozen veggies will be perfect in some of these delicious dinner recipes.
