Broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini give some crunch to this easy chicken recipe, and the sauce is amazing. First, cook the chicken breast: Season chicken biteswith salt and pepper, olive oil, and cajun seasoning. Sautee the chicken bites for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and browned.
